专利说明:
Description: [0001] The present invention relates to an improvement for a beam intended to be stacked for the production of, for example, a dwelling wall. The invention relates more precisely to a beam with integrated insulation. The constant search for energy saving forces manufacturers to seek solutions including insulation of residential structures. Let us add that wooden housing constructions are more and more used. Thus we know constructions such as cottages that are made by vertical stacking of horizontal beams. The builders have sought solutions, and have for example developed cottage-type constructions whose outer walls are made by stacking beams, with an additional insulating wall disposed on the inner side. This is for example the case of the construction disclosed by the French patent published under number 2,678,657. It is understood that this type of provision is not satisfactory. The present invention provides an improved beam according to which the insulation means are integrated, allowing the realization of a particular outer wall by stacking beams. Thus, the beam for the realization of a residential wall, is according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises an integrated insulation, and is in the form of an elongated profile whose length is greater than the height and thickness. According to one embodiment, the beam consists of an assembly of elements comprising two side walls of the beam and at least one inner wall of the beam. According to another embodiment, the two side walls of the beam are parallel and spaced apart from one another to create an internal space, in which the inner wall of the beam extends. Note that the inner wall of the beam extends longitudinally and parallel to the two side walls of the beam, to form two internal lateral spaces, while in each of the internal lateral spaces are arranged a succession of spacers and elements d insulation, each spacer of the same lateral space is separated from the next spacer to form between each of the spacers a filling space comprising the insulation element. Add that in the internal space is arranged a succession of spacers and insulation elements said spacers are attached to the walls by any means such as gluing or nailing. Note that the spacers are rigid material such as wood or other and they can be monobloc or made with an assembly of wood or other plates, while the side walls and the inner wall are wooden planks. Note that the height of each of the beam walls is preferably equal, but it could be otherwise as specified in the description section. The insulating material is synthetic foam such as polystyrene, polyurethane or other, even rock wool or vermiculite. The spacers of one of the lateral spaces are offset with respect to the spacer blocks of the other lateral space. Thus, to the right of each of the spacer blocks is a filling space and not a spacer block. Note that the spacers arranged in the lateral spaces are attached to the adjacent walls, namely on the one hand to the corresponding side wall of the beam, and on the other hand to the inner wall of beam. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given by way of non-limiting examples. Fig. 1 is an illustration in perspective. Fig. 2 is a view from above. Fig. 3 is an end view. Figs. 4, 5, 6 are cross-sectional views. Fig. 7 is an end view of a stack of beams. Fig. 8 is a perspective view illustrating how can be achieved the longitudinal function between two beams. Figs. 9 and 10 are similar figures in FIG. 3 showing two variants. The beam (1) of the invention is in the form of an elongate profile whose length (L) is greater than the height (H) and the thickness (E). The beam (1) consists of an assembly of elements comprising two side walls of beam (1a, 1b) and an inner wall of beam (1c). Note that the two side walls of beam (1a, 1b) are parallel and spaced from each other to create an internal space (2). In this internal space (2) extends the inner wall of beam (1c). Said internal wall of beam (1c) extends longitudinally and parallel to the two side walls of beam (1a, 1b), moreover in this internal space (2) are arranged a succession of spacers (3a, 3b, 3c,. ..- 3'a, 3'b, 3'c ...) and insulation elements (4a, 4b, 4c, ...- 4'a, 4'b, 4'c ... ). We add that the side walls (1a, 1b) and the inner wall (1c) are preferably solid wood planks, but could be any other material such as reconstituted wood or composite. It will also be noted that the height (H) of each of the beam walls is advantageously equal. Of course it could be otherwise and for example the inner wall (1c) could have a height less than those of the two side walls (1a, 1b). The inner wall (1c) separates the internal space (2) two internal lateral spaces (2a, 2b). Thus in each of the internal lateral spaces (2a, 2b) are arranged a succession of spacers (3a, 3b, 3c, ... - 3'a, 3'b, 3'c, ...) and elements insulation (4a, 4b, 4c, ...- 4'a, 4'b, 4'c ...). Each spacer of the same lateral space is separated from the next spacer to form between each of the spacers a filling space comprising the insulation element. The spacers are attached to the walls by any means such as gluing or nailing. Note also that the spacers are rigid material such as wood or other and they can be monobloc or made with an assembly of wood plates, or other such as solid wood, or reconstituted wood or composite. The insulating material may be synthetic foam such as polystyrene polyurethane or other, or mineral fiber, wood fiber, or vermiculite. It should be noted that the spacers of one of the lateral spaces are offset relative to the spacers of the other lateral space. Thus, to the right of each of the spacers is a filling space and not a spacer block. It should also be noted that the spacers arranged in the lateral spaces are fixed to the adjacent walls, namely on the one hand to the corresponding side wall of the beam, and on the other hand to the inner wall of the beam. It should be noted that the spacers and the insulation material advantageously extend over the entire height (H) of the walls. It is added that at the two ends (5a, 5b) of the beam (1) there are provided end blocks (6a, 6b) closing towards the ends of the lateral spaces (2a, 2b). The thicknesses (E1, E2, E3) of the three walls (1a, 1b, 1c) constituting the beam may be identical, but they may be different. Thus and for example the thicknesses (E1 and E2) of the two side walls (1a, 1b) are equal to, but greater than the thickness (E3) of the inner wall (1c). Of course the thickness (E1) of the outer side wall (1a) is in a variant greater than the thickness (E2) of the inner side wall (1b). The different walls (1a, 1b, 1c) constituting the beam can be made of the same material as wood, but they can be made with different materials. In order to produce a wall with a stack of beams (1), adjacent successive beams are held together by cooperation of forms. Namely by interlocking protruding profile with corresponding recessed profiles, as shown in FIG. 7. Thus, as illustrated, the upper and lower borders (8) (9) of the side walls (1a, 1b) of beam cooperate by cooperation of a longitudinal projecting profile with a longitudinal hollow profile. Similarly, the upper (10) and lower (11) edges of the inner wall (1c) of the beam cooperate by cooperation of a longitudinal projecting profile with a longitudinal recessed profile. In order to be able to butt two beams to extend the length of a beam the ends of the beams cooperate with the next beam in the alignment, by shape cooperation, as shown in FIG. 8. Figs. 9 and 10 are similar figures in FIG. 3 showing two variants. According to FIG. 9 the beam comprises two internal walls (1c, lc). FIG. 10 is an illustration showing a beam in which the inner wall (1c) is not in the center of the space (2), but laterally offset. Of course the beam of the invention may not have two end blocks, and the ends could be stopped at any appropriate place. It goes without saying that one would not depart from the scope of the invention if one or the other end of the beam was not closed. FIG. 8 illustrates the longitudinal junction of two beams of the invention, but one of the beams could be associated at the end by a beam of a different kind or even a vertical pole. It should be noted that the length of the zones comprising the insulation material is greater than the length of the spacers.
